Early Times Report JAMMU, May 27: Career Counseling Cell, Govt. Degree College Billawar organized one day awareness programme on "Career Options for Under-graduate Students". The seminar was held under the overall supervision of Prof. Anita Jamwal, Principal of the College. The Programme was inaugurated by the Principal of the College, IQAC Convener Prof. Lekh Raj, Dr. Arun Sharma, Co-ordinator of the programme and many other faculty members of the college. The special resource persons were Mr. Nasir Khan (KAS), presently holding the charge of Project Director, Industries, District Udhampur and Preeti Sharma, Director IAS officer's Academy, Jammu. Both the invited speakers explained the various career options after graduation and also answered large number queries of the outgoing students. The programme was attended by more than 140 students of the college. Various teaching faculty members were also present in the hall. The proceedings of the programme were jointly conducted by Dr. Arun Sharma and Dr. Manu Sharma, Coordinator of the Seminar and formal vote of thanks was presented by Prof. Lekh Raj. |
