DDC Rajouri asks to accomplish dev deliverables targets within already set deadlines

RAJOURI, June 4: District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today asked the concerned officers to accomplish the targets regarding the developmental deliverables within the already set deadlines.
He said this while chairing a meeting of the officers on developmental derivables for the financial year 2022-23.
Officers who attended the meeting included CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; PO ICDS, Kartar Singh; LDM, Jyoti Prakash Sharma and DSWO, Wakeel Ahmed Bhatt.
While reviewibg the derivables of the Banks, the DDC directed the LDM to focus on priority sector lending and social security schemes like PMJDY, PMSBY, PMJJY and APY.
The DDC directed the departments to meticulously pursue the relevant timelines and deliver qualitative results. Besides, threadbare deliberation was also held on the role and responsibility of each department to achieve the assigned targets.
The officers were asked to focus on the set targets to propel the growth and development in the district by prioritizing the transformative activities in their respective areas and to ensure greater efficiency in overall governance.
The DDC also stressed on greater inter-departmental convergence and co-ordination to achieve the desired results in various priority areas set by the UT government within a set timeline.
The officers of the line departments were asked to monitor the progress regularly in order to achieve quantifiable results.
