Locals of Bani Basohli meet Babu Rampaul, narrated their woes

JAMMU, June 9: Cutting across the lines, huge number of people thronged during the tour of Bani and Basohli of Babu Rampaul to meet him and bluntly expressed their difficulties being faced by them.
During interaction, most of the people said that it was the National Conference party which always paid heed to their problems and made efforts to provide succour on priority. But now everyone has deceived us and we are feeling totally isolated in LG governance as there is none to listen to our problems, they rued.
They assured that this time two NC legislative members shall be sent to assembly from Bani, Basohli areas. Earlier, whosoever went to other political parties, he only took care of his own interests by using us, they bemoaned.
Babu Rampaul called upon the people of Bani and Basohli to come forward and support National Conference in its effort to get the statehood of Jammu and Kashmir restored by all available means.
Numerous delegations of youth, women, businessmen and senior citizens met Babu Rampaul and assured their full support to National Conference. Babu Rampaul paid a patient hearing to various problems of people and assured to make all efforts for taking up the grievance for appropriate redressal. On this occasion, the large number of people joined the National Conference Party & assured to provide full support and to work for strengthening the party at the grassroot levels.
Among those who accompany with babu Rampaul included, Dr Vikas Sharma, Sandesh Shan, Amrish Sharma, Sham lal Mehra, Adv Aslam Choudhary, BD Dalhotra, Arvind Jamwal, MK Rana, SatPal Shabotra, Surjit Kumar and other. Those who joined the National Conference Party include Parnav Sharma, Soni Singh Sundaram, Shah Bali Khan, Rattan Singh, Rajesh Thakur, Arif Khan, Ruksana Khan, and others.
