| GDC Jindrah holds 'Road Safety' rally | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 9: The Road safety club of Government Degree College (GDC), Jindrah holds a rally in Jindrah village to make locals aware of Road ethics.
All the students along with the whole staff taken out rally under the direction of Prof. Rajshree Dhar, Principal, GDC, Jindrah. Prof. Poonam Rainu, Convener of Road saftey club, supervised the whole Rally and Dr. Seema, Librarian and member of the club compiled and reported the Rally.
The rally was flagged off from the college premises and was headed further in and around the surroundings of the village and passed across all the public places of the Jindrah village. During the rally slogans related to road safety, traffic rules and guidelines were raised. The locals of the area were educated to strictly follow these rules and guidelines to ensure the safety of the operators of a vehicle, passengers, and pedestrians. The villagers paid very patient hearing to the set of traffic rules and slogans raised during the rally. |
