City Judge Jammu Manjeet Rai after hearing Adv Koushal Parihar for the application whereas APP Arvind Rathore for the UT, while rejecting the bail application observed that the accused is allegedly involved in the offences under sections406/420/506/467/468/34 IPC and the offences under sections 406/420/467/468 IPC are non-bailable and serious in nature, as such, the accused cannot claim bail as a matter of right. Moreover, it would be premature to comment on the evidence collected till date as the investigation of the case is at its initial stage.
