Jammu, June 30: The Station Director, Northern Railway, Jammu-Tawi, Sh. Uchit Singhal, IRTS so to stream line the working of Jammu-Tawi, Railway Station, conducted surprise inspection of Parcel Office on 29.6.2022, and studied everything very minutely to see to it if there was any shortcoming which could be removed at the earliest on top priority. He gave patient listening to the problems of the on duty staff to trace out the workable solution of the same. The staff was counselled upon to be more sincere in the discharge of their duties and also advised them to create an atmosphere of friendliness and amity in the office for rendering better services and further asked them to serve the customers with a smile reflecting sound image of Railway. |
