| JKRCEA Chenab valley extended unconditional support to Jammu based reserved categories employees | | | Early Times Report
KISHTWAR, July 1: Jammu and Kashmir Reserved Categories Empowerment Alliance (JKRCEA) Chenab Valley extends his unconditional support to Jammu based reserved categories employees. Working president JKRCEA Chenab Valley and Ex AISF members Joginder Singh Rai urged to LG and his Administration to immediately full fill Jammu based SC employees demands including framing a concreat inter- district/ inter - divisional Transfer policy. In these prevailing situation till the ground situation becames conducive in the valley.
He further said after exodus of 1990,s the 1st batch of SC employees was appointed in Kashmir division in 2007 at various departments in different districts of Kashmir division without any undertaking/ Affidavit/ Bond for the claim of transfer,Govt should not to pressurize the SC employees working in various districts of Kashmir division by issuing order of transfer/ deployment especially in Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra, not feasible owing to recent selective and target killings of Rajni Bala of Govt HS Gopalpura, Kulgam and others in Kashmir valley, as employees are in fear and mental trauma. |
