The employees should be temporarily attached to Relief Organization Jammu for a certain period till the environment in Kashmir becomes conducive.” They further said, “The Prime Minister’s package should be delinked from the rehabilitation package and should be declared as economic package. The salary of employees should be released on time and there should be no official pressure on employees to join duties till the matter is resolved.” They said, “Benefits of SRO 43 should be given to PM package employees at par with the State/UT government employees.
