| GOC visits Samba Military Stn, reviews security | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 15: The General-Officer-Commanding, Gurj Division, Maj Gen Vivek Gurj on Friday visited Samba Military Station and review the operational preparedness of Mission First Brigade and the security arrangements for the ongoing Shri Amarnath Yatra. He interacted with the SSP Samba and concerned military officers to take stock of the security grid. The General Officer visited the training facilities for training of local youth for Agnipath Scheme and the Veteran Sahayata Kendra which caters for various facilities for all Ex-Servicemen of Samba. He exhorted all ranks on maintaining highest standards of professionalism, operational readiness and administrative acuity to face all challenges. |
