POONCH, July 22: For the past 20 years or so a Senior Assistant in this district has been working at the same place.
A Safaiwala, who has taken special promotions and now working as in-charge senior assistant in CHC Surankote is posted there for more than 20 years.
People from different areas of Surankote approached the Deputy Commissioner against his high-handedness. The DC directed the CMO to reshuffle him.
Despite CMO Poonch issuing a transfer order vide CMO/P/1445-49 on 13-7-2022 the employee neither left the post nor joined his original place of posting at PHC Chandak under medical block Mandi.
The other Safaiwalas have raised questions on promotions and said that officials should clarify that, how he has been promoted from Safaiwala to senior assistant and why others are ignored?
Locals have appealed to the Lieutenant Governor to intervene into the matter and take necessary action against such an influential employee and BMO who is not relieving him despite the CMO’s order. |
