The sessions were held at Sri Sri Dhyan Kendra Shakti nagar Centre of Art of living jammu chapter at Jammu for 3 days. The Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Program trains your conscious mind to experience the silent depths of your own nature. The Sahaj Samadhi program teaches an effortless and easy way to practice meditation. Anybody above 14 years of age can learn to meditate. The participant is taught to use a simple sound mentally which allows the mind to settle down.
