Finance Account Assistant Continue Their Protest On Day 16 | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 29: Amid speculations of Scrap, the Finance accounts assistant selected candidates continue their protest on day 16. A large number of selected candidates gathered outside press club jammu and press colony Srinagar raising their demand regarding their selection list. The protesters were carrying placards with slogans like ‘RIP Hardwork’ and ‘thanks for ruining our career’ written on them. “Almost the entire recruitment process for FAA has been completed and now, they are talking of scrapping it. Why does it take so long for the Government to question the recruitment process? We are not against the probe but that should be time bound,” one of the protesters said, alleging that the rights of deserved candi dates are being trampled in the name of the probe and alleged scams. Another protester said, “We are not from rich families, we work hard for almost 2 years to prepare for this exam and when the final selection list is about to come, .” Now we are hearing that government has ordered an enquiry into the recruitment process after 90% of the process is completed The protesting candidates urged the LG administration to take note of alleged mismanagement in the JKSSB which according to them has put the future of meritorious candidates at stake. They also demanded immediate release of their final selection list. |
