KP package employees protest enters 112th day | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 2: While reiterating the demand for relocation outside Kashmir, the Kashmiri Pandit Package employees staged impressive protest demonstrations at various KP transit accommodations in Kashmir. The PM package employees are protesting for the last 112 days in support of genuine demand of their relocation outside the Kashmir valley. The leaders of the protesting employees are stressing that they cannot live and perform their duties under perpetual fear, panic and duress across Kashmir as the ground situation is not conducive for their living and working in Kashmir valley and thus are they voicing their concern for working in Kashmir as fear psychosis rules supreme in Kashmir. The agitating package employees stated that in such an unprecedented situation, they cannot perform their duties in Kashmir as the Kashmiri Pandits and the package employees are being killed by the crusaders of Jihad. The protestors also said that the government should sincerely accept the only demand of the package employees for relocation outside the Kashmir valley as it is the question of their survival. Meanwhile, one of the protesting package employee emphasized that the government should immediately attach all package employees to Relief Commissioners Migrant Office Jammu till the situation gets normal in Kashmir. However, other speakers on the occasion stressed that the package employees will continue their stir till their genuine demand of relocation is not accepted by the government. |
