Jammu, Sept 9: Sushma Kundan received best teacher award on teacher day by worthy Deputy devlopment commissioner Vikas kundal (IAS) Along with District Planning Officer Rajouri ( DPO) at Sports stadium,Rajouri after recognising her best services to students.
Sushma kundan is presently serving as teacher at Govt.Middle school, IRWAN KHETAR, RAJOURI where she exert best efforts to nourish the carrier of students.
She adopted activity based learning methods like active participation in essay competition, singing, Dance performance, learn new prayers, she involve parents and local community in school functions for plantation drive, national festival celebration and child friendly activities that pulls the attraction of students.She moves door to door to moblise strength of drop out children.
She is fully devoted to students carrier building teaches them with full dedication that's why students and local community appreciate her way of teaching.
During covid pandemic time she conducted online classes and complete the course.
For that She received appreciation certificate on 5 sep 2021 by D. C. Rajouri (RK Shavan) during 75th Amrit mahotsav celebration.
She used to celebrate her birthday with students and they love her like mother feel free, happy and more safe in the lap of the teacher.
She uploades many activities of students on her youtube channel namely Sushma Kundan govt. Teacher, J&K. |
