Jammu, Oct 13: The Law Department of Jammu & Kashmir on the recommendation of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and in terms of rule 20 of the Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service Rules 2009, issued appointment of the 22 Sub-Judges as District Judges. According to the order issued by law Secretary Achal Sethi that Amarjit Singh Langeh presently posted as CJM Jammu, Sandeep Kour presentey posted as CJM Kathua, Amit Kumar Gupta Secreatry Legal Aid J&K High Court, Sandeep Gandotra CJM Pulwama, Anoop Kumar CPC J&K High Court, Farooq Ahmad Bhat CJM Srinagar, Shabir Ahmad Malik CJM Budgam, Arvind Sharma CJM Samba, Yash Pal Sharma CJM Kishtwar, Amit Sharma CJM Rajouri, Khurshid-ul-Islam CJM Handwara, Arti Mohan Electricity Magistrate Jammu, Umi Kulsoom CJM Ganderbal, Pawan Kumar Sharma SubJudge/Special Mobile Magistrate, (13th F.C) Rajouri, Iqbal Ahmad Masoodi Forest Magistarte Srinagar, Renu Dogra Sub-Judge Jammu, Sudesh Sharma CJM Reasi, Spalzes Angmo CJM Leh, Adnan Syed Mobile Magistrate Jammu, Khem Raj Special Mobile Magistrate Passenger Tax & Shops Act Jammu, Dinesh Gupta Joint Registrate J&K High Court Jammu wing and Parvaiz Iqbal Mobile Magistrate Srinagar are appointed as District & Sessions Judge Entry Level.
