10/16/2022 11:04:31 PM
Early Times Report

JAMMU, Oct 16: As the BJP announced the names of candidates for JMC’s Mayor and Deputy Mayor’s posts, senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister Kavinder Gupta asserted that BJP-led JMC will complete the unfinished development works with lightning speed.
It is pertinent to mention that BJP has nominated Rajinder Sharma and Baldev Baloria as candidates for Mayor and Deputy Mayor’s posts in the Jammu Municipal Corporation’s elections scheduled to be held on October 21, 2022. Speaking on the sidelines of the meeting in which the senior party functionaries announced the aforesaid names, Kavinder said that the development spree will continue in Jammu with exemplary speed and in the coming time it is likely that the BJP leadership would exert with more vigour and passion to complete the ongoing development works just ahead of stipulated deadlines. Kavinder said that never in the history of J&K, the people have seen such a colossal development going on without any break or bottlenecks. He said that all the credit goes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi because since the day he took the reins of the country, the Indian Premier has shown keen interest in resolving the long pending issues of J&K including the development and deficiency of funds. “It was his sincere efforts that J&K is marching on the path of progress today and would soon catch up other regions as far as development is concerned”, he said.
, adding that people should extend full support to BJP to get more in the form of development, jobs, business avenues, healthcare, education, civic infrastructure, etc.
