JKTJAC deputation calls on DSE, raises issues of teachers | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 22: A deputation of Jammu Kashmir Teachers' Joint Action Committee (JKTJAC) led by its UT President Vinod Sharma today on 22.10.2022 called on Director School Education Jammu Dr Ravi Shankar Sharma in his Office Chamber and presented him a Memorandum Comprising Genuine Issues of the teachers . While interacting Sharma raised the burning and genuine issues of the teachers which include: Allocation of substantive posts to Teachers Grade II as per Govt order No. 20 as same process has already been completed in Kashmir Province and is yet to be started in Jammu division. Initiation of mutual transfers of Teachers Grade II /III and inclusion of 3rd teachers in it as many files are lying in the of DSEJ, Regularisation of ReTs who have completed 5 years ReT period, conversion of RRETs to Teachers Grade II/III, provision of at least 2 teachers in each Primary school and 6 teachers in each middle school for the welfare of the students, DPC of teachers to masters as same hasn't been done since 2014, Conversion of Headteachers (SSA) posts into non plan posts of masters. Earned leave in favour of teachers engaged for covid_19 duties, summer camps/winter camps during vacations and release of arrears of teachers and masters beyond two years period. Worthy Director after listening the deputation quite patiently assured to redress each and every issue raised by the JKTJAC leadership at the earliest.
