| K.c college of education observed sustainability day | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 28: The environment club of K.C. College of Education observed Sustainability Day by organizing a seminar on the Topic “Environmental Sustainability”. Sustainability day is celebrated every year in October a day dedicated to being sustainability and rethinking our rituals. The environmental clubs of the college organized the seminar to raise awareness about the need for environmental protection, conservation and management. Six students namely Gurpreet Kaur, Lovely Sharma, Priyanka Devi, Pooja Devi, Suman Chib and Sapna Choudhary participated in the activity and made presentation on the topic. Speaking on the occasion, principal of the college Dr. Sanjay Tickoo appreciated the presentation made by the participants and added that such activities should be conducted more often and awareness should be raised about the importance of protecting and conserving the environment. This whole programme was convened by Ms Puja Sharma, convenor Environmental club. |
