| CLUJ organizes debate competition | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 26: Department of Chemistry School of Sciences Cluster University of Jammu organized debate competition under the aegis of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav under the guidance of Co-Ordinator Chemistry Dr. Deepali Mahajan. The event was organized by Chemistry UG students of 5th Semester. The topics of the debate were Aatmnirbhar Bharat and Prepoll freebies. The Dean academic affairs Dr Naveen Anand was the chief guest. Dean of counselling cell, Prof. DS Manhas were also present on the occasion. Dr. Shalima Gupta and Dr. Ruby Verma were the judges. Ahsan ul haq stood first while Vishal Singh bagged second prize and Anvi sharma got third spot, Neha Singh stood fourth. Those who awarded consolation prizes on the occasion include Kartik Sharma, Akshita Sharma, Sonia Sharma, Sonakshi. The prize distribution was held distributing trophies, medals and certificates. The event was hosted by Sohail Abbas and Muskan Sharma. The participation of Youth in positive direction is essential for building our nation strongest. The efforts of the students were much appreciated by the faculty of Cluster University of Jammu.
