Jammu, Dec 28: Three minors among four of a family have died due to asphyxiation in Banihal belt of Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Police said that to prevent from cold, the family was using a coal heater.
Four bodies of a family were found inside their house in Checknarwa Chopan Pora area of Banihal," said police.
The deceased were identified as Noor Jahaan,35, wife of Abdul Rashid and her kids Zaffer Ahmed,12, Shahiza Bano, 8 and Asiya Bano,5.
Senior Superintendent of Police, Ramban, Mohita Sharma confirmed about the incident. |
