JAMMU, Dec 30: Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) Jammu Kashmir unit today opened a grievances and help center in Ward 68 of Roop Nagar area of Jammu. On this occasion, dozens of local people influenced by the policies and ideas joined the party fold While inaugurated this Centre, Manish Sahni, President Shiv Sena, J&K said that the people are upset due to the non-restoration of the democracy process in Jammu and Kashmir for a long time. “The public is suffering due to indifference towards public issues and the arbitrary will of the bureaucracy. Corruption is rampant in government departments. In the name of Smart Jammu, public tax money is being wasted like water. Basic amenities like electricity, water are getting cut day by day. In order to raise voice on public issues and provide relief, Shiv Sena has decided to open grievances and help center in every ward of Jammu city. A five-member committee has also formed under the chairmanship of State Vice President Balwant Singh and president mehile wing Meenakshi Chibber, those will make every possible effort to provide relief to the complaints registered at this center. Sahni appealed to the people of the area to come forward and give Shiv Sainiks a chance to serve them. Among others who were present include Meenakshi Chibber, Gen secretary Vikas Bakshi, Sr vice president Harsh Kumar Gupta, Balwant Singh, Secretary youth Raju Handa, Sohan Singh were present. |
