JAMMU, Feb 2: Raj Pal Singh, SP Traffic City Jammu, held an interactive session at District Police Lines (DPL) Jammu with all the Officer's of traffic police Jammu to review the detailed functioning of traffic police city Jammu.
The session was attended by Javed Naaz DySP (T) city north, Bikram Kumar DySP (T) city south, Satish Kumar DySP traffic city rural Jammu, All DTI's/SO's of traffic police city Jammu, PA to SP Inspr Vimla Raina, I/c Legal section Inspr(s) Ruby Dhar, OSI SI Santosh Sharma, HC Girdhari Lal I/c GB section, HC Ravi Kumar & Sadhu Ram of Statical Data Branch (SDB) of TPO Jammu.
SP Traffic stressed upon the officers to take all necessary measures to remove the wrongly parked vehicles around the entire Jammu city and further added no violators especially without helmets, seat belt, Red light jumping, w/o DL, dangerous/rash driving, overloading and above all drunken driving should be spared.
The performance of each officer during the month of January were assessed and directions were imparted to all the concerned to make traffic of the city hassle free so that general public does not face any inconvenience.
SP Traffic Jammu, stressed that action should be taken against wrong parkings which are cause of congestion in the city. SP Traffic also stressed upon the officers to take all necessary measures to smoothen the flow of traffic around the entire Jammu city. On the occasion, SP issued directions to all the concerned that top priority must be given to elderly people or people who have medical urgencies and also ensure no emergency vehicles struck in traffic congestions and also advised the officers to work with utmost honesty and dedication. |
