| District Employment & counselling Centre Poonch organises Job Fair-2023 | | |

POONCH, Feb 10: District Employment and Counselling Centre (DE&CC) Poonch organized a Job Fair to provide job opportunities to the youth of the District.
As many as 4 employers from different sectors participated in the event which included companies like SBI Life, HDFC, LIC of India and Am Hyundai. The event witnessed an overwhelming response from job seekers as over 250 unemployed youth from across the district participated in the event.
More than 50 Job Seekers with varied skills were shortlisted by the companies for different jobs, while participating candidates were also registered on the employment portal.
Deputy Director Employment Mohammad Rafiq, interacted with the Jobseekers and Job providers. He expressed satisfaction over the success of the Job fair. He added that such events would be made a regular feature to benefit the maximum number of local youth.
Meanwhile, Employment Officer, Rayees Iqbal impressed on the employers and job seekers to register on the employment Portal of Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir www.jakemp.nic.in
The unemployed youth expressed gratitude to the district employment and counseling centre Poonch for organizing this job fair and bringing employers to their doorsteps. |
