SKPA organises course on Ethics Soft Skills | | | Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Mar 3: 2 days course on "Ethics and Soft Skills" commenced at S.K Police Academy today. Twenty two officers of J&K Police are participated in the said training programme. Vinay Kumar, JKPS, SSP, Dy. Director (Admn) was the chief guest on the inaugural function. In his inaugural address Vinay Kumar welcomed all the participants on behalf of Director SKPA. In his inaugural address he laid stress that Ethics and Soft skills are the tools for conflict resolution and trustworthiness to facilitate community. Since the police is the first responders in the criminal justice system the Soft Skills are of utmost importance, therefore, it is imperative that victims of crime are attended with patience and sympathy. The victims and complainants should be treated with compassion and respect as they are entitled to access the mechanism of justice. The inaugural function was also attended by Pawan Kumar Sharma, SP and Sunmati Gupta, Dy.SP and member faculty. The course is being coordinated by Inspr. Sandeep Mahajan assisted by SI Sukhvir Singh. |
