| 2 day course on "Ethics & Soft Skills" cultimates | | |  Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, Mar 4: Eminent guest faculty from different Academia were invited to delivered lectures in the context of the course. In addition the faculty of the Academy also shared experience on the topics Ethic and Soft skill a tool for conflict resolutions. Since police are the first responders in the criminal justice system, therefore, it is imperative that victims of crime are attended with patience and sympathy followed by quick response. The victims and complainants should be treated with compassion and respect as they are entitled to access the mechanism of justice, wherever desired, they are entitled to assistance also. Broad contours of Police public interaction were discussed. The trust deficit is detrimental for mutual co-existence
