| Poor people deprived of different newly launched Schemes, Economically paralyzed | | | Early Times Report
POONCH, Mar 9: Although government in order to make system transparent has introduced different new schemes for poor people but common masses are economically paralyzed by these schemes.
The pensioners of different state and center government sponsored pension schemes were seeking 1000 rupees per month, pension and meanwhile government issued an order to verify the status of these pensioners due to which more than ninty percent of these geniune pensioners are going to out from this verification as they are unaware, can't pay bribe in thousands to different babus, officials and others.
Scooty distribution scheme was a appreciable scheme for poor disabled persons which is also defunct on ground level in Jammu and Kashmir.
Now a days, government has issued another order to link aadhar card with PAN card, 1000 rupees is it's fees and after that shopkeepers are taking charges of their services, which the common and poor people can't afford.
All the schems for the welfare of general public, poor, old age and physically challenged persons have been difficilitated by administration due to which the poor have been economically paralyzed.
Poors are now depressed in this system and appealed to Lieutenant Governor if, government can't give benifits to poor, then please stop all scheme instead of disturbing them for here and there.
Many pensioners have appealed to PM Narinder Modi, LG Jammu and Kashmir to help poors by pitying them on humanities bases.
