| Modi Govt established lasting peace in J&K: Kavinder | | |  Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Mar 29: Senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister Kavinder Gupta affirmed that BJP Government led by PM Narendra Modi has successfully established long lasting peace in the UT of J&K by envisaging productive steps which proved prolific and rewarding.
The BJP stalwart leader was speaking during visit to the Durga Nath Mandir on the auspicious occasion of Durga Ashtami, here at Dal Gate on Wednesday.
Kavinder said that deep in heart every Kashmiri knows that tranquility is back and the days of tumult and turmoil are over but it will take some time to endorse this positive change realized by the Modi Government after carrying out lot of painstaking and showing exemplary farsightedness. Kavinder said that Valley has witnessed sea change in the last few years as Tricolour is flying high in every nook and corner, tourists have broken all previous records, security scenario is phenomenal and above all the people are enjoying the lucrative incentives provided by the Modi dispensation for their good fortune and life fuill of dignity and pride.
Earlier, the Management Committee and the Trustees of the Durga Nath Mandir felicitated Kavinder Gupta after he paid obeisance at the temple and prayed for peace and progress of J&K.
Those present on the occasion include Avtar Krishan Bhat, Kundan Kashmiri, Murariji Koul, MK Gulabi, Dr Raj Pandita and Ashok Bhat. |
