Randhawa discusses people related issues with SDM

JAMMU, Apr 12: Former Legislator and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Vikram Randhawa met newly posted Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Atul Dutt Sharma and discussed various people related issues.
He was accompanied by Vijay Sharma Mandal President BJP, Pushkar Sharma, Inder Khajuria, Mukand Lal Khajuria, Madan Lal, Sohan Singh, Rajinder Kumar, Ashok Runyal, Gurcharan Singh, BR Sharma and many others.
Former Legislator welcomed the newly posted SDM by presenting him bouquet.
Randhawa apprised the newly posted SDM Atul Dutt Sharma about various development works going on in Jammu South RS Pura Assembly Segment and sought SDM's cooperation to get these works completed as per set deadline.
The works discussed includes construction of lanes and drains, roads, bridges, etc.
Former Legislator also took up the issue of damaged bridges near SDM office, due to which people are facing manifold problems.
"Due to damaged bridges, people have to cover long distance to reach their houses", Randhawa said and sought SDM's cooperation to get these damaged bridges constructed so that people may have some sigh of relief.
SDM South Atul Dutt Sharma gave patient hearing to the issues raised by the Former Legislator and said that all the ongoing construction works will be completed before the deadline.
SDM also assured that all the people related works from his office will be done in fast track manner.
He also said that the damaged bridges will be get constructed very soon for the benefit of the masses.
SDM also asked the visiting people to apprise him about the officials, who fails to perform his or her legitimate duties, so that action can be taken against them.
SDM also assured the Former Legislator Vikram Randhawa that the people will get the benefit of the all the Central Government schemes at their doorsteps.
The meeting ended with vote of thanks to SDM South.
