Jammu, May 2: In the interest of administration, Hon'ble the Chief Justice N. Kotiswar Singh ordered the following transfers and postings in the High Court Registry. According to the order issued by Shahzad Azeem Registrar General Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court that Y.P. Bourney, Registrar Vigilance, High Court of J&K and Ladakh, is transferred and posted as Director, J&K Judicial Academy. Tasleem Arief, District Judge, whose services have been placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice, is posted as Registrar Vigilance, High Court of J&K and Ladakh. He shall also hold the additional charge of Registrar Inspection, Srinagar till further orders.
Further, the charge of the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar is assigned to Ms. Sandeep Kour, 3"' Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar. (JNF) |
