After the 10+2 results, there is a lot of enthusiasm among the students to enroll in the courses offered by the Sardar Beant Singh State University. Sardar Beant Singh State University has started this latest course according to the need of 21st century. Wherein also they have been upgraded by taking necessary and important changes in the celebs of the old course. Along with this, value added programs have been made mandatory for the students in every semester. Regarding admission, the Vice-Chancellor of the University Dr. Sushil Mittal, Registrar Dr. Rajeev Bedi said that for the convenience and information of the students, the admission cell has been set up in the university. He told that the university offers B. Tech (Bio Technology, Chemical Technology, Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering), B.Sc (Non Medical), B.Sc (Agriculture), BCA, BBA, MBA, MCA, MSc (Physics,Chemistry, Maths), M Tech (Computer Science Engg, Mechanical Engg), BV (Refrigeration, AC), PHD etc. The Public Relation Officer of the University told that every day more and more students are coming to the University to take the administration in the University. Admin is taking in different courses. Along with this, students are being given complete information about the course. Career counseling is done to the students at the time of admission. So that the students can be given the right direction keeping in mind their interest and ability in their field. Students are being made to visit the lab, workshop, library, hostels and classrooms of the university. So that students get enthusiasm to take admin. The staff of the university is doing the administrative work with full hard work and dedication. He told that students from Punjab, Himachal, Haryana, Jammu Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh are taking admission in this session. |
