NCE organises NAAC workshop for BEd colleges | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, June 23: National College of Education in Purkhoo-Domana, Jammu, organized a one-day workshop for the development of faculty under IQAC and NSS. The workshop focused on the topic of "Revised Accreditation Framework for Affiliated Colleges" as part of the NAAC accreditation process. Prof. Mohd Zuber, Dean of the School of Teacher Education at Cluster University of Jammu, was invited as the resource person for the program. During the workshop, Prof. Mohd Zuber shed light on the functions of NAAC, highlighted essential key points, and discussed the purpose of conducting NAAC assessments. He provided detailed guidance on various aspects related to NAAC, including eligibility criteria and the Quality Indicator Framework (QIF). Dr. Manju Dwivedi, the Principal of National College of Education, delivered a welcome address to Prof. Mohd Zuber. She expressed her belief that the workshop would be fruitful and help the participants better understand the NAAC procedures to achieve higher grades through the hard work of all stakeholders in the institutions. The program was hosted by senior faculty member Neetu Sharma, and Yashumati Jamwal, another senior faculty member, extended thanks on behalf of the management and faculty. They acknowledged the expert guidance provided by Prof. Mohd Zuber and emphasized its beneficial impact on the institution. Er Ajay Singh Jamwal, Dean of Administration, and faculty members including Meenakashi Sharma, Aneesha Jamwal, Aarti Verma, Rajni Gupta, Puju Gupta, Deepika Jasortia, Kusum Lata, Deepika Jamwal, Aditi Sharma, and Rashpal Singh were also present on the occasion. |
