ACD, Sunil Bhutyal informed the chair that a total of 1378 works have been proposed under DDC, BDC and PRI plans of the Capex Budget, out of which 1081 work estimates have been submitted. Additionally, 953 works have been granted administrative approval, and 803 works have been tendered out.
The ADDC emphasized the need for following a target-driven approach to ensure the timely completion of all projected works.
The ADDC also reviewed the liability, billing, expenditure, work updation, and estimation for the years 2021-22 and 2022-23 on a panchayat-wise basis, and issued necessary directions to the BDOs.
The ADDC stressed the importance of timely payments, the completion of geo-tagging for phase II of assets, the completion of Amrit Sarovars, the construction of PMAY houses, and Aadhaar seedings. He set deadlines for the same and urged executing agencies to expedite tendering processes and increase the pace of work in snow-bound areas to ensure completion before the onset of winter.
The meeting also reviewed the progress of works related to Machail Mata Yatra and the RR plan in Nagseni.
