Collapse of Dogra empire to UT disappointing: Harsh Dev | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, June 28: Former Minister and JKNPP President, Harsh Dev Singh expressed his disappointment over the collapse of the Dogra Empire and its demotion to a Union Territory (UT). He criticized the ruling BJP for its anti-Jammu and anti-people policies, which have negatively impacted the economy, employment, and development of the region. Singh highlighted the growing unemployment and suppression of dissent by the state machinery under the ruling dispensation. Singh accused the BJP of breaking its promises and attempting to silence opposition voices. He urged the people not to succumb to the power-hungry rulers and assured them that JKNPP would stand with them and expose the BJP's political debauchery. Singh also advocated for the clearance of pending liabilities and compensation for farmers affected by the construction of PMGSY roads. He lamented the lack of attention to people's suffering, with corrupt officers enjoying political patronage.
