Adv. Suresh Dogra accuses BJP of stifling opposition in Parliament | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, July 11: Adv. Suresh Dogra, Chairman of the OBC Department in the Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee and member of AICC, has accused the BJP regime of attempting to suppress the voice of opposition in the Indian Parliament. Dogra specifically mentioned the troubling situation faced by Shri Rahul Gandhi. He alleged that the government is resorting to various tactics such as financial influence, power misuse, discrimination, punishment, and deceit to divert Rahul Gandhi's focus from raising public interest-related questions. According to Dogra, the government fears that if Rahul Gandhi's conviction and dismissal are overturned, it would impede their ability to exploit taxes, implement price hikes, and favor government-friendly individuals who have evaded arrest by absconding abroad. Dogra expressed confidence in the judiciary and stated that if the Gujarat High Court rejects the plea to stay Rahul Gandhi's conviction in a false and fabricated case, the Congress party will continue to fight for justice, even up to the Apex Court. He emphasized that Congress members will always stand up for the rights and interests of the public. |
