| Crime/ Security review meeting held in connection with independence day- 2023 | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 1: A detailed crime review meeting was held by Mohan Lal Kaith, SSP Railways Jammu in his office chambers. All Gazetted officers, SHOs and I.O attended the meeting. During the meeting, SSP Railways reviewed the old and fresh cases and issued necessary directions and guidelines to the IOs for speedy disposal of under investigation cases. SSP Railways shed light on all aspects of investigations. The emphasis was given to finalize the under investigation cases as early as possible. The IOs were directed to seek the Medical opinion and FSL reports which are pending in some cases. They were directed to conduct the investigation in more professional manner and ensure time bound disposal of the under investigation cases. Soon after conclusion of Crime Meeting, a detailed security review meeting was held to discuss all security issues related to Independence Day-2023. The officers were told to intensify patrolling and checking in their respective areas. The officers were directed to pay surprise visits to the important deployment points and sensitive locations to check the security preparedness of the jawans deployed on security duties. |
