Udhampur, Aug 1: In a commendable effort to trace missing persons, District Police Udhampur successfully located two missing ladies.
The first case was reported by Rampaul, whose wife (name withheld) had been missing from home since 31st July 2023. The complaint prompted the police to register a missing report at PS Rehambal and initiate a search operation.
Thanks to the diligent efforts of a police party from PS Rehambal, led by SHO Police Station Rehambal, and utilizing human and technical intelligence, the missing lady was eventually found in the Malhar area of Udhampur town.
In the second case, another missing lady, who had been missing since 27th June 2023, was recovered by the police party of PS Rehambal.
Following the registration of a missing report, the dedicated investigation by the police team led by SHO PS Rehambal paid off, leading to the discovery of the missing lady in the Jib area of Udhampur.
After ensuring completion of all legal formalities, both the missing ladies were safely reunited with their legal heirs.
The family members expressed heartfelt gratitude towards Udhampur Police for their relentless efforts in tracing and reuniting the missing ladies. |
