No dearth of funds to transform Jammu into ‘Model City’: Kavinder

Jammu, Aug 7: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta has asserted that there is no dearth of funds in transforming Jammu into a Model City and Administration is seriously engaged in this endeavour. He said that the goal can be achieved successfully with the people’s proactive participation.
The senior BJP leader was speaking after starting development work of laying tiles in the Sai Vihar Marble Market of Ward No. 52, Jammu. On the occasion, Councillor Ajay Gupta, Rekha Gupta District President, Vinay Gupta senior leader, Neeraj Lucky Puri Mandal President, Ajay Pargal, Abhay Pargal, Narinder Koki, Parveen Pargal, Ravi Kumar, Nitin Thapa, and Ajay Badan were present.
During his address, Kavinder Gupta highlighted the rapid development taking place across the City of Temples. He commended the J&K Administration and the government at the Centre for their determination to establish Jammu as a model city for others to emulate. He assured that there is no dearth of funds available to ensure the successful completion of this project in the shortest possible time. The government is working tirelessly to create state-of-the-art modern facilities and infrastructure in every corner of Jammu City, he added,
However, Kavinder emphasized that the transformation of the city cannot be accomplished without the active participation of its people. He called upon the people to join hands and contribute their efforts towards making Jammu a model city.
Kavinder also expressed his appreciation for the exceptional work carried out by local Councillor Ajay Gupta in his ward. He urged the residents of Ward No. 47 to play a vital role in setting an example for other wards, showcasing the effective and result-oriented participation necessary for making Jammu a model city.
Councillor Ajay Gupta, in his speech, emphasized the importance of the community’s involvement in the development of Jammu. He called upon the people to actively participate and contribute towards making their city a model for others to follow.
He assured the people that several development projects are in the pipeline and will be implemented in a phased manner.
