During the tour, Sushil Sudan, accompanied by other prominent figures including Bharat Bhushan Bhagat, President of the Jammu Kashmir Government Pharmacists Association (JKGPA), J.P. Singh, President of the Lab Technician Association, and Aslam, Senior Vice President of JKMEF, listened intently to the grievances of health employees in the region. Hoshiyar Singh Rukwal, President of the District Kishtwar, warmly welcomed Sushil Sudan and also discussed the grievances of health employees in Doda district. One of the critical concerns raised during the discussions was the pending salary of 2211 heads, a situation that is pushing them towards severe financial difficulties. Irshard Ahmed Zargar, the working President of District Ramban, expressed his gratitude and extended a warm welcome to the central body of JKMEF. He highlighted the tireless efforts led by Sushil Sudan in advocating for the amendment in Section 32© of the JK Pharmacy Act 2011, which has greatly benefited the medical community. President Sushil Sudan assured the health employees that their demands and concerns would be effectively conveyed to the government. The commitment to address the pressing issues faced by the medical employees was reaffirmed during the discussions. The tour not only allowed the health employees to voice their grievances but also showcased the dedication of JKMEF and its leadership in ensuring the well-being and fair treatment of medical professionals. The interactions underscored the need for collaboration between the government and medical employee representatives to create a conducive working environment and ensure that the medical professionals' concerns are duly considered and addressed.
