GDC Kathua volunteers shine bright with Jammu University VC commendation certificates | | | Early Times Report KATHUA, Sept 8: In a proud moment for Government Degree College (GDC) Kathua, Principal Prof Seema Mir, accompanied by senior faculty members, extended heartfelt felicitations to the remarkable volunteers who received Vice Chancellor Commendation Certificates from Jammu University.
