Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 11: A significant piping ceremony took place at the Sher-e-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA) in Udhampur today. Shri Garib Dass, IPS, ADGP (Additional Director General of Police) and Director of SKPA Udhampur, adorned the ranks of newly promoted officers. The ceremony honored Assistant Sub-Inspectors Hamid Hussain and Deepak Kumar, as well as Head Constable Vijay Kumar, all of whom have recently been promoted to their current ranks.
