One absconder evading his arrest arrested by PS Bishnah Jammu

Jammu, Sept 11: An information was received through reliable sources regarding one absconder namely Rakesh Kumar S/o Sewa Ram R/o Vill. Laswara Tehsil Bishnah Distt Jammu who was evading his arrest in case FIR No. 99/2022 u/a 302/147/120-B IPC 4/25 Arms Act of PS Bishnah.
It is pertinent to mention that a warrant of arrest u/s 512 CrPC was also issued against the said accused by the Hon’ble Court of JMIC Bishnah.
Finally the warrant has been executed and accused got arrested.
