JAMMU, Sept 12: Mahatma Gandhi, affectionately known as the 'Father of the Nation' in India, continues to be an unparalleled figure in the annals of history. In the spirit of celebrating Gandhi Jayanti 2023, with the theme 'Truth and Non-Violence,' Government Degree College (GDC) Sidhra took a significant step towards honoring the Mahatma's legacy. The college presented a screening of two short films titled 'Mahatma Gandhi: The Journey of a Peaceful Revolutionary| Bibliography' and 'Teachings of Mahatma Gandhi' to introduce students to the life and ideals of the great Mahatma Gandhi.
