| Notorious criminal booked under PIT NDPS Act by PS Pacca Danga Jammu | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 4: An information was received at PS Pacca Danga through reliable sources regarding one notorious drug peddler namely Gourav Khajuria S/o Prem Nath Khajuria R/o H.No 91, Peekho, Jammu. On this a special police team of PS Pacca Danga led by SDPO North Sunil Kumar Kesar assisted by SHO PS Pacca Danga Inspr Sushil Kumar raided at the suspected place and arrested the above said drug peddler.
It is pertinent to mention here that the accused person was a notorious criminal and was involved in many cases of drug peddling and dealing in narcotics. Also a warrant of arrest was issued against the said accused by Divisonal commissioner Jammu. Finally today in compliance to the Prevention of Illicit Traffic of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act of 1988 (PITNDPS) the warrant has been executed and the accused person has been shifted to District Jail Kathua. |
