Freshers' party welcomes new semester 1st students at GDC Mahanpur

MAHANPUR, Oct 5: A vibrant and lively Freshers' Party was organized by the students of Semester 3rd and Semester 5th to warmly welcome and introduce the newcomers of Semester 1st at Govt. Degree College Mahanpur. The event was a delightful mix of talent showcases and interactive games that brought together the student community for an enjoyable evening.
The students exhibited their diverse talents by participating in activities such as singing, dancing, and engaging in fun games. These activities not only showcased their creativity but also helped in breaking the ice and fostering a sense of camaraderie among the students.
The event was conducted under the gracious guidance of Dr. Sangeeta Sudan, the esteemed Principal of Govt. Degree College Mahanpur. In her address to the students, she extended a warm welcome to the new members of the college community and wished them a fruitful and academically enriching tenure at the institution. Her words of encouragement and support set a positive tone for the newcomers.

Amidst the festivities, two students, Rohit Verma and Sonia, were crowned as Fresher and Miss Fresher, respectively, adding a touch of glamour to the evening. The presence of faculty members and other staff members added a sense of unity and support to the event, reinforcing the strong bond between students and the college community.
