| 289 psychotropic capsules recovered by Police station Khour Jammu. One accused peddler arrested. | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 5: Continuing it’s drive against drug trafficking and substance abuse, Jammu Police achieved major success by recovering 289 psychotropic capsules recovered from one accused person in the jurisdiction of PS Khour.
A police team of PS Khour led by SDPO Akhnoor Mohan Sharma assisted by SHO PS Khour Inspr Rahul Mahajan and I/C PP Pallanwala ASI Raj Singh while on naka duty at Dhaleri naka rounded up a suspected person Pawan Kumar S/O Sardhari Lal R/O Vill Lehar, Tehsil Akhnoor, Jammu.During search 289 Sky Blue Coloured Capsules (Proxywel Spas) were recovered from his possession.
In this regard, Case FIR No. 93/2023 U/S 8/21/22/NDPS Act got registered at PS Khour and accused got arrested.
Further investigation of the case is going on.
Jammu police is working intensively to uproot the chains of drug supply in the region and thorough questioning of the accused is going on to know the origin of the drugs supply chain.
