The incident occurred in the jurisdiction of Police Station Vijaypur. The arrested individual, identified as Sham Lal, son of Shanker Dass, resident of Keso Manhasan, tehsil Ramgarh, district Samba, and currently at Shiv Nagar Vijaypur, impersonated an Army Colonel.
