Jammu, Nov 17: A warrant of arrest under the J&K Public Safety Act 1978 was issued against the notorious and hardcore criminal Syed Shabir Ahmed Shah, also known as Billu. The order, dated 15/11/2023, was issued under section 8 (1) (A) of the Act by the District Magistrate Jammu. The warrant was successfully executed today, and the accused, Syed Shabir Ahmed Shah, was apprehended and subsequently lodged in Central Jail Kot Bhalwal, Jammu. This action is part of the authorities' efforts to address criminal activities and maintain public safety. |
