Sadhotra pays homage to martyr Joginder Kumar, affirms Duggar land’s pride in warriors

Samba, Nov 26: Former Minister and National Conference Additional General Secretary, Mr. Ajay Kumar Sadhotra, paid homage to Indo Tibetan Border Police Jawan Joginder Kumar, who made the supreme sacrifice in a Maoist attack in Chhattisgarh. Mr. Sadhotra expressed that the valor exhibited by Joginder Kumar has made Duggar Land proud by adding another chapter to its legacy of bravery.
Participating in the Tenth Day ceremony of Martyr Joginder Kumar in his native village Abtal Katalan in Samba, Mr. Sadhotra conveyed that the Jammu region has a history adorned with golden letters of valor, with warriors consistently laying down their lives with a profound sense of duty. “The brave give their today for our safe and secured tomorrow,” stated Mr. Sadhotra, emphasizing that the sacrifices made by heroes in defending the integrity and sovereignty of the nation will not be in vain. He highlighted the deep respect and esteem that the nation holds for the sacrifices made by warriors, asserting that the martyrs will continue to inspire generations to serve the nation in every possible capacity.
Sadhotra underscored the importance of working towards peace and shaping a better future for humanity, stating that the greatest tribute to the heroes is to create a world where people live in peace and harmony.
Simultaneously, he called for unity in standing against the scourge of terror and violence, which poses a significant challenge to the global community. Expressing solidarity, Mr. Sadhotra reflected on the heritage and legacy of Duggar Land, which has consistently stood as a bastion of support for the nation’s heroes. He praised the resilience, grace, and pride exhibited by the martyr’s family in the face of loss. “We salute the martyrdom of Martyr Joginder Kumar and bow before the courage of the family and the brave residents of the village,” added Mr. Sadhotra.
Accompanying the former minister were Satwant Kour Dogra, Provincial President Women Wing, Ayub Malik, Provincial Secretary, and Joint Secretaries of the Province, along with District Presidents and Zonal Central Leaders.
