Jammu, Dec 6: On 30/11/2023, one Tarun Gandota S/o Sh. Sham Lal VPO Ward No. 05 Smailpur Samba reported at Police Station Channi Himmat that a few persons namely Jimmy, Honey, Munna and Rishabh brutally beat and kidnapped him during the intervening night of 29.11.2023 and 30.11.2023. Subsequently, FIR No. 178/2023 U/S 365/342/323 IPC was registered and special teams were constituted to arrest the accused.
After strenuous efforts based on human and technical intelligence, two notorious accused namely Kapil Sharma @Jimmy R/O Chowadhi, Jammu and Jaipreet Singh @Honey R/O Preet Nagar, Jammu have been apprehended today on 06/12/2023. @ Honey is a dreaded criminal and also involved in many other cases.
They were also carrying sharp edged weapons for which FIR 181/2023 u/s 4/25 Arms Act has also been registered. The team was led by SHO Channi Himmat Insp. Mohd. Sadeeq and personally supervised by SP South Jammu Shaheen Waheed, JKPS. |
