RAMBAN, Dec 10: Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) today visited four Panchayats of block Ukhral to sensitize the people and saturate the Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
Amid huge public participation, IEC Vans were accorded a rousing welcome by PRIs, senior citizens, youth, and local residents on its arrival in four Panchayats, displaying enriching knowledge about government schemes on big screens.
On 12th day, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) campaign visited Panchayat Maligam -B, Pogal Upper, Phagmullah and Bhingara witnessing enthusiastic and vibrant participation of all stakeholders. Started on November 28, the Yatra has gained further momentum across Ramban by covering 90 Panchayats of the district.
The people from all walks of life participated in the scheduled activities in their respective Panchayats.
The campaign focused on saturation of the Centrally Sponsored Schemes by reaching out to the people at their door steps. The people listened attentively to recorded video messages of the Prime Minister, emphasizing the significance of the campaign.
Pertinently, the Yatra aims to reach out to the unreached population, making them aware of various Government schemes such as Jal Jeevan Mission, Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, PM Kisan Saman Yojana, Jeevan Joti Bima Yojana, along with the process to avail benefits. |
